Welcome to Wednesday and I hope your week has been good so far. We’re already half-way through the working week, can you believe it? How was your day? Well, it’s about to get a whole lot better.
This is how this is going to work. I’m going to ask a question and you’re going to put up your hand whether you like it or not. Clear? Okay, let’s go.

Yes! That’s what I like to see. Enthusiasm. So what kinds do you like? All kinds? Well that’s great, but today we’re going to be focusing on the dancey songs, the ones that get your heartbeat up and running.

I know, right? Crazy old scientists. But let’s be real, it is good to get out every once in a while and get some exercise simply for the sake of exercise. Walking, jogging, running … it doesn’t really matter. This playlist is for those times when you gotta get out and get moving.
